Founder and CEO, Trisha Gatti, M.S., Ed.S. has over 30 years of experience in the field of education. Ms. Gatti began her educational career as the owner, director and teacher of a Christian preschool in 1990.
In 1995, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management; her Teaching Certification in 1999; her Master's in Counseling and Guidance in 2004; and her Educational Specialist Degree in Early Literacy and Reading in 2023. She is currently a Florida Licensed Reading Teacher and School Counselor.
After completing her certification in Elementary Education at Florida Atlantic University, Ms. Gatti headed west for Southern California where she began her official teaching career as a Kindergarten teacher in 1999. This is where she learned to teach children how to read and also helped struggling readers improve their phonics and reading skills through an after-school reading program.
While living in California, Ms. Gatti also taught elementary school technology classes in Santa Monica, and middle school language arts, social studies, and writing in Ventura. She completed her Guidance Counseling internship while teaching in Ventura.

Upon graduation, she moved back east and opened a brick and mortar tutoring business in Southern Pines, NC from 2004-2008, where she and other certified teachers helped many students struggling with reading and math, achieve academic success.
Throughout her educational career, Ms. Gatti has taught many children and students how to read or helped improve their reading skills, which is where she acquired over two decades of experience. She especially enjoys working with at-risk students.
Ms. Gatti specializes in teaching children how to read and helping struggling readers improve their reading skills to achieve academic success in order to reach grade level requirements and pass their state exams.
Ms. Gatti's goal has always been to help students be successful in their education, which leads to success in all areas of their lives.
